WARNING: Fragrance oils may contain ingredients such as natural citrus oil which can tarnish certain surfaces if not wiped away quickly. Please make sure that your oils do not come into prolonged contact with surrounding areas such as painted surfaces, plastic, leather, fabric, wood and all other materials and to clean spills quickly to prevent damage.

Please note that because we use natural ingredients in our products, there will be variations in viscosity, scent, and color, and these will all vary from batch to batch. Natural ingredients are not identical and can cause variations in the final products. Because Sonny & Dew uses the freshest natural ingredients possible to create the products we sell, we do not buy huge lots of ingredients at any given time. This means that our ingredients and products are inherently mutable as they are subject to changes in nature. For example, a plant seed oil may fluctuate in color depending on the growing conditions, varietal, harvest time, etc.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
